8 c. soft, whole wheat bread cubes
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. minced celery
1 c. chicken-style broth*
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
MIX all ingredients gently, but well. PLACE in Pam-sprayed casserole dish 9” x 12”.
COVER with tin foil. BAKE 350o for 45 minutes. REMOVE, COVER, and BAKE until
lightly crusted and browned (about 15 minutes). SERVES: 8–10
