3 medium tomatoes, peeled,
chopped
1/2 C cucumber, seeded, chopped
1/2 C green pepper, chopped
2 green onions, sliced
2 C low-sodium vegetable juice cocktail
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp basil, dried
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1. In large mixing bowl, combine all
ingredients.
2. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for
several hours.
