1 cup rolled oats
3 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1-1/4 cups carob powder
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup carob chips
2 teaspoons baking powder (non-aluminum)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup cold pressed sunflower oil
1 cup fructose
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups of water or more
Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
Mix dry ingredients. Add liquid ingredients and mix
well. Add more water if mixture is too dry. Pour into an oiled
10 x 15 pyrex baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool completely. Cut into
squares and remove from baking dish.
